Bioco produces three types of products, that can be supplied in different formats and varieties, depending on the needs of the customer and the market.

Hydrolyzed peptides contain water soluble peptides and proteines with an optimal peptide size distribution. The hydrolyzed peptides have a clean chicken taste, and are suited for applications where protein enrichment is desired, and a chicken or savoury flavor is wanted. Hydrolyzed peptides are easily available for the body, and therefore fit well for consumers interested in performance and wellness, or individuals that are sensitive to certain dietary components.

In addition to hydrolyzed peptides, Bioco also produces a mixture of poultry protein and minerals. Collagen and calcium are the main ingredients of this mixture, in addition to insoluble proteins. This mixture could be further enriched with proteins if desired.

Bioco also produces a poultry oil that can be used for a wide range of applications. This oil has a favorable fatty acid profile and a chicken flavor. The oil is well suited as ingredient in products where chicken flavor is desired, together with high nutrition/caloric density and a good fatty acid profile.
